Heather Nauert
Heather Ann Nauert (born January 27 1970) is an American broadcast journalist and former government official who served as the Spokesperson for the United States Department of State during the Donald Trump administration from 2017 until the year 2019. She is a senior associate at the Hudson Institute. It is a conservative think tank.
Prior to her work at the Department of State, she was an ABC News correspondent and news presenter on the Fox News program Fox & Friends. Nauert was also acting Secretary of State for Foreign Diplomacy and Public Relations in the Trump government from March 2018 until October 2018. Nauert was appointed to the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board in 2019 by President Trump.
